We cannot change any information on an order once it has been shipped. If you made a mistake (incorrect shipping or changing qty), please email us with your order number and issue.
SHIPPING / RETURNS
Please allow up to 5-7 business days for order processing / delivery. You will be notified via email once your order has been shipped. Shipping costs may vary but are always displayed on the products page
Once an order leaves our warehouse, carrier shipping delays may occur due to factors outside our control. We unfortunately can’t control how quickly an order arrives once it has left our warehouse. Contacting the carrier is the best way to get more insight into your package’s location and estimated delivery date.
International shipments to the EU, US, Canada, and South America are NOT subject to additional duties or taxes. We are not responsible for tariffs or custom fees.
We are not responsible for any stolen, or damaged packages once the package has been delivered. If your package was damaged during the delivery or if your package was lost, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. If you wish to swap the product you receive, or regret your purchase, please contact email@example.com with your request.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with tags attached. Returned items cannot be washed, worn, used, or altered in any way.
Wrong Address - If you or your end customer provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer.
If you have given your consent when registering your account, when subscribing to our newsletter or blog, or shared your email address or other personal data with us to receive any other information (for example, our list of sub-processors), we will process your email address to send you the informative and/or promotional materials, to which you have subscribed to, for example, newsletters, advertisements of our Services and other information about our Services that you have requested. At any point in time you can unsubscribe from receiving the above-mentioned information in our email footers
Merchgum will delete or return all Personal Data to the user upon request, and shall delete existing copies, unless an applicable law requires Merchgum to store such Personal Data.
Merchgum is fully compliant with GDPR, If you use our Services only for your personal use, you are to be considered as the “User” and for the purpose of the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), we are the data controller.
ORDERS / BILLING
If you place an order on our store, you will be charged for the full amount Immediately.
In rare cases when an item runs out of stock after your order is placed, we’ll contact you ASAP to exchange the affected item for another of equal value. We make every effort to ensure inventory is accurate to avoid this happening. Note that if we don’t get a response from you within 5 business days, we reserve the right to refund your order in full.
